I struggled with weight my entire life, but 2008 was the tipping point. Through perseverance, hard-work, and a whole lot of walking, I lost over 200 pounds and stand before you a lighter, healthier, and happier man!
I believe that if I can do it, anyone can—which is why I’m expanding my walking route. I’m visiting cities across the country to lead walks and discuss the health benefits of walking.
City by city, state by state, I hope to inspire others to achieve their weight-loss goals. That’s not to say weight-loss is the only goal. I wouldn’t still be walking if it was. Let’s walk to have fun, feel good, and enjoy life—let’s LIVE FOR LIFE!
